No refunds are given on Custom Orders once paid for. Please make sure you provide enough details for your request and send your photos via email straight after purchase. Please note you won't be able to change your order once it has been drawn.

Prices only include people - No extras, no background just white.
If you're adding a pet they are also the same price as a person. (For example a 2 person drawing with 1 dog will be the price of a 3 person drawing so please select that option.)

Orders with more than 4 people are drawn landscape not portrait.
